Single paystubs
Paystubs are digital goods delivered instantly. Because the document is generated and downloadable immediately, single-stub purchases are generally non-refundable once the PDF has been generated. If you were charged in error, hit a duplicate charge, or the document failed to generate, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right — including a full refund where appropriate.
Business subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time; it stops renewing at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for the current period, except where required by law. For billing problems, contact us and we will help.
How to request
Email support@paystubproof.com with your account email and the charge date. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
